When you request an estimate, Yardhouse collects the contact details, property address, selections, and notes you submit.

Contact and voice messages

When you contact us, we save the details and message you choose to submit. Voice recordings are captured only after you start recording and allow microphone access, and are uploaded only when you select Send Voice Message. Submitted recordings are stored privately in our database and emailed to the sales team. When enabled, Mistral processes recordings to produce a transcript and summary for our team. Automated transcripts may contain errors.

How we use it

We use this information to prepare and save your proposal, email your estimate, and discuss your ADU project with you. The Yardhouse sales team is copied on your estimate email.

Services that help us

Our hosting and database providers store and process your request. Resend processes the estimate email. These services receive the information needed to provide those functions.

Website measurements

We use Google Analytics, PostHog and Meta tools to understand anonymous visits, page use and completed estimate or contact requests. They may use cookies and device information. We do not send form contents, proposal links or voice recordings to these tools. For a completed lead, Meta may receive hashed contact identifiers and technical browser data so it can measure ad results. We honor the browser’s Do Not Track setting. PostHog session recording and automatic click capture are disabled.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics uses cookies and processes usage and device information. Our page-view integration removes query parameters and customer proposal identifiers, and does not send estimate form contents. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.
