Kitchen and bathroom finishes, windows and doors, roofing, exterior details, interior built-ins, lighting and flooring are selected individually. You can prioritize a particular finish instead of paying for every upgrade. The calculator shows each upgrade price before you select it.
Home size affects material quantities, so upgrade prices can change as the footprint grows. Additional bathrooms beyond the included allowance and a two-story selection can also affect your estimate. Solar, storage and appliance options are shown separately.
The quoted scope assumes a build-ready lot, suitable access and utilities at or near the ADU location. Site preparation, utility extensions and work outside the stated scope may require a separate quote. City and utility fees are paid by the homeowner and are not included in the displayed estimate.
