One team brings design, permitting and construction together. Here is how to get started—and what needs to be confirmed along the way.
1. Explore Your Home and Price
Use the calculator to choose square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms and upgrades. The available layouts change with home size. Compare finish options and see their prices before you select them. You can explore without providing an email address.
2. Save Your Proposal
When you are ready, enter your contact information and property address to receive your estimate by email. Your selections travel with the proposal, giving you and our sales team a shared starting point. Use the notes field for questions or details that could affect your project.
3. Evaluate the Property Together
Contact our team to schedule a complimentary site evaluation. We review the property and discuss your goals, access, utility connections and site conditions. The online estimate assumes a build-ready location; this review helps identify work outside that scope.
Have your property address, intended use and any existing plans available. You do not need a finished design to start the conversation. We confirm the project scope and pricing before you commit.
4. Coordinate Design and Permitting
Your chosen layout and finishes give the team a defined starting point. We coordinate the plans and permitting for the property. Government review and property-specific requirements affect the path forward, so the online calculator is not a promise of permit approval or a fixed completion date.
5. Build and Make It Yours
Our team coordinates construction around the agreed scope. A focused collection of layouts and materials reduces the decisions that need to be made during the build. Whether you are planning for family, a tenant or extra space, the aim is the same: a well-considered home with the details handled.
